About Bob

As a Michigan native, Bob understands the need for a world class golf academy in the Metro Detroit area. He has taken on the challenge of starting this academy in order to provide the people of Metro Detroit the opportunity to experience the difference between just taking a lesson and receiving the correct golf instruction for every individual. His passion for instruction is the same with every student regardless of skill level. “My goal is always to teach every student with great respect and make my students better players, helping them understand how to reach their maximum potential.”

Bob's ability to communicate clearly, along with his knowledge of the swing has attracted all levels of golfers and athletes. Some of his current and past students are: Ivan Lendl (WTA), Brandon Chavez (Cleveland Indians), Tom Gorzelanny, Paul Maholm, Matt Capps, Sean Burnett (Pittsburgh Pirates), Krishna Singh (PGA), Bill Gadsby (NHL, H.O.F.), Grant Fuhr (NHL, H.O.F.) to name a few.

Bob has also played at the highest level of competition, having competed professionally against players like: Tim Petrovic, Zach Johnson, Chad Campbell, Vaughn Taylor, Hank Kuehne, Jeff Quinney, Woody Austin, Brandel Chamblee along with many of the brightest stars on the PGA Tour, also competing in three PGA Tour qualifying schools "I understand how to compete and what it takes to improve at all levels of the game from beginner to the PGA Tour Professional". When you receive instruction from Bob you will see and feel his passion for improving all his students in the game of golf.
